The Magic Lamp now has charges, shown on its tooltip. Both the Copper Lamp and Magic Lamp have a maximum of one charge. Meanwhile, the Fast Lamp now has infinite charges. You can recharge the Magic or Copper Lamp by right-clicking a "Heart of the Desert" while holding the lamp in your off-hand.
This mod also introduces a new variety of Wishes. Each wish can be obtained through a new entity the Genie. The Genie can be summoned using a Magic Lamp, which itself can be found inside a new desert structure called the Genie Tombstone. Be careful, though, the structure is guarded by Zombies and Skeletons!
You can re-roll wishes for 5 XP levels.
Once you summon the Genie, it will stay until you right-click it. However, be cautious. if you right-click the Genie again, it will instantly despawn, so choose your wish wisely.
The Lamp can also be upgraded to a Fast Lamp. Crafting the Fast Lamp will repair the Lamp in the process, making it especially useful. The Fast Lamp has a short cooldown and works the same way as the Magic Lamp.
When re-rolling wishes, the Genie has a 20% chance to grant you Rare Wishes.
Additionally, this mod allows you to fight the Genie! To do so, you must obtain the "Freedom" wish. This wish will summon a Green Genie Boss, and defeating it will grant you any wish from the list.
The Rare Wishes are the most powerful ones. They can be acquired through re-rolling or occasionally through the Random Wish. However, the Random Plus Wish is guaranteed to give you one Rare Wish.
